Mobile Homes are not like Single Family Dwellings where upgrades can increase the value of the home. Example: You can't put $2000 rims on a $2000 car and think it will be worth $4000. Yes, it may be nice but a waste of money. It really comes down to what will make you happy and comfortable.
Repairs
We can fix your current Manufactured Home the right way. Many repairmen are not qualified to work on Manufactured Homes and this will cost you more in the long run!
