We specialize in Manufactured Home repairs. Not all contractors have experience with Manufactured Homes like we do. Our staff has years of experience  working exclusively on MHs.

MH Inspections can be a nightmare if you get the wrong inspector.

We will give you a second opinion, even review another company's  inspection to ease you mind that it is correct.

Financing

We have partners with programs for MHs that do not qualify for conventional financing. Our partners also have financing for individuals that have a tough time qualifying for loans.

Repair or Remodel your Home

We have been rehabbing/repairing MHs for many years, so when it comes to repairs our teams are the best. Keep in mind when hiring a Handyman, ask about their experience in MHs since these homes are not built the same as regular homes and have different standards.
